On one of our forms we have a Browse button whose Click event calls GETDIR() to prompt the user for a directory.

For a regular LAN-based or standalone installation - When the GETDIR() dialog has focus and the New Folder button is clicked, the new folder will appear in the folder list immediately as "New Folder". However, when the exact same operation is done in a Citrix environment, the new folder will not immediately appear in the folder list. The user has to cancel the GETDIR() dialog and reopen it with our Browse button to see the new folder. It's not a rights issue because I know that all users involved are allowed to create folders within the directory in question. They can do so within Windows Explorer.

I was wondering if someone could please tell me why this behavior would be different under Citrix.
