Make sure that all computers involved with handling the .SCX files (your workstation, server if they're stored there, anyone else's workstation(s)) are all set to the same time zone in Windows, and that they all have the (approximately) correct time (e.g. one not set to 9:30pm by mistake when the time is actually 9:30am).

For some reason, I've had this happen on a one-time basis after an hour change (e.g. Standard to Daylight Savings time) but it's only once, not repeated.
