I am interested in establishing a test plan for new and modified software.

I would like to get real world examples and opinions on effective test techniques
aimed at improving software development.

I have read a dozen or so books on the subject, and what I'm not looking for is theory
or other 'fluff'. I need real life, workable techniques.
