Hi All,

I am using the spchapi.exe, msagent.exe and the lhttseng.exe in my installshield setup. This install the speech engine and the msagent. The lhttseng is the Text to speech engine for British voice.
The problem is that on a Win 98 machine the agent installed does not speak. There is no sound. Even if i have manually install the msagent and then run my software, it does not speak. The agent appear on screen but it does not speak.

On a Win XP or win Me machine it works perfectly without any problems.
Any reasons why the msagent does not speak on a Win 98.
