>When I need to change the name of the DBC, I will run the VFP utility GENDBC which creates a PRG file that has all the code in it to completely recreate the database including all tables, views, indexes, RI, etc., except for the data. I then modify this PRG to change the name of the DBC to whatever I want. I run the PRG in a clean (new) folder where everything is created. At that point, I can write a little bit of code to APPEND the data from the original tables into the new ones. Then bring up SDT to have it create the meta data for this new database.
