i was earlier using an application with about 20 tables from a central harddisk and the data accessed from about 5 terminals. i was having no problems.

Recently for various reasons certain sensitive data was decided to be transferred to a Flash Storage device, to be exact
Digital Media PC Card Flash Storage Device from SimpleTech (PCMCI)

This however works only in single user mode and it gives me access denied when i access it from any other terminal.

could anyone give me the general idea why this is happening and what i can do about it, other than transferring the data to the hard drive which is what i do not want to do.
