DNN is multiportal application. But it has Content Management features - TextHTML Editor Module. Most of the modules work and are profided with code to customize according your needs. There a more than 100 custome modules done for it.
There are only need to create VFP Data Provider to be in the game.
There are at lease 2-3 versions of the all the modules mentioned by you
