I a form which basically shows information from 2 tables which are linked by a key field. In the data environment I have now have both tables of the form and when the form initialises it seeks the parameter (key field) and presto it finds the same record in both tables and display the information in my form. When I browse both tables the record pointer is exactly where it should be.

But when I click my print button which is just a report form my report comes out blank except for labels etc. I noticed the record pointer has moved to EOF in both tables. What am I doing wrong. I know I could probably use the form references? Should I being do this instead? What happends if somebody else uses the same application, will this cause a problem as the record pointers will contsnatly move?

Many Thanks
