We tested with many of our standard 70 reports and about half cause the error. We did try and recreate a few of the reports but no luck.

Does it happen with all reports or with the specific one? Did you try to re-create this report?

Also the error may happen if instead of clicking on preview close button they well try to click on VFP close button... It also may be unrelated to the report, but due to some problems in the application itself...
