>I've looked at XFRX and it looks like a great product. Unfortunately, we generate a lot of reports as raw RTF so we can't take advantage of the XFRX PDF output capabilities. One of the ideas we've been playing around with is building an interface to one of the online PDF conversion services. What I like about this choice is that it eliminates the need for our customers to install and manage print PDF print drivers, etc. The downside, of course, is that one has to have an online connection and the turnaround is never instant.

XFRX includes two different RTF output modes. I haven't used them yet, but I have tried their Excel mode, which seems to work nicely.

Separetely but related, we're also working on some native RTF-generation classes for producing document-like output (vs. tabular data, for which XFRX might be used).
