What i am seeing is exactly as you describe it, when i look in the Class Library - the option Group itself is a container [i think] - each of the Option Buttons has Top and Left Properties.
When you place this [Option Group] container on a form it has Top and Left Properties and each of the Option Buttons have these Top and Left properties - but they are relative to the Option Group Container, and its Top and Left Properties are relative to its Container which can be the Form or another Container on the Form.
