A .vbr is a registry file. it is the same as a .reg registry file except that the .vbr file doesn't include hard-coded paths.
Do next.. Create new project and Define class... as custom Olepublic..
Then Generate Multithread-DLL.. then you can get .VBR file.
Open it with NOTEPAD and change settings using settings your own COM.
