There is no SQL Server 2003. The current verison is SQL Server 2000. The next version, SQL Server 2005 is due out later this year.

The only book on using VFP with SQL Sever is available from Hentzenwerke and was written for SQL Server 7.0. Many of the topics still apply, but I wasn't very impressed with the book.
