I spoke to them today since I was hoping to obtain a NFR.
Since 9 is current, 8 would only be available as a 'downgrade' which is fine with me.
The downgrades are fullfilled by 'World Wide Fullfillment' and in this case, only if you have or open a Volume Licensing Agreement that starts at a quantity of 5.
There was also no guarantee that media was available.
The rep. at Microsoft said to 'check to see if there were any available thru Programmers Paradise', etc.
