I installed help by running Setup in the MSDN directory on the CD. I then went to tools, options in FoxPro and set the help file location. The Contents, Index, and Search options on the VFP help menu don't work so I either did something wrong or there's a bug (maybe you need to install MSDN in the same folder as VFP, I didn't). But I can at least run the help file and get to all those features, anyway.

You can also run help directly from the CD by running FoxHelp.chm.

I'm pretty sure you need IE4 installed to run help.
