One option is to buy VFP 9.0 (like from FoxToolbox.com), then contact Microsoft product support and they will send you a VFP 8.0 disc as a downgrade license. Another option is MSDN Subscriptions, the Professional version includes VFP 6.0 through 9.0, all versions of Visual Studio, and more.
