It's not that difficult to implement a scrollbar with two nested containers and some code in the MouseDown, MouseMove and MouseUp event. An upcoming Advisor issue (June, I think) will contain a small class that displays an image with scrollbars and the possibility to specify a zoom factor.

BTW, if the image should cover the entire form, you can use a form with ScrollsBars=3 and make the image object large enough so that it scales accordingly.
