I am not sure how helpful this would be in finding the cause of the crash, but have you checked for any information in the Windows Event Log?

>I have serious problem with my application. It occasionally crashes. Sometimes once per week, sometimes once per three week. It run on four different computers 24 hours 7 days in week. On every of this computer it crashes. It allways crash in the same form probably in the same method. In this method my application work with ActiveX and read/write to local DBF files. Microsoft Windows XP show error message "MyAPP.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close.". When I click on button Close Windows immediate close my application. Is there a way how to check what is reason for this behavior? On error routine do nothing.
