I am working on an application that has an order table within a database. A problem has occurred where a user has tried to access a particular order but the system has said that it is locked.

I have accessed the table through the command window, found the relevant record and tried to perform rlock() but this failed even though there is nobody else on the system. All I can think is that a user must have crashed out at some point and the record lock must have remained active in some way on the network. From looking at the data, I think this record has been in this locked state for a few months because it is a completed order that has not been processed since last year. We just need to access it now to query some details.

Is there any way I can clear this lock?
