Yes, it is. Agent or new messages alerts. It seems that FireFox somehow looks for Quicktime to play the WAVs.

I have the same problems, but I never achieved installing QT into FireFox. I mean I downloaded and installed it a couple times, and it works ok within IE or stand-alone, but never inside Firefox. If somebody knows how to do it, it would be welcome.
