Kurt, if you have a bad page into a DB, YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE DB, FULLY!!
If a SQL index is corrupted, and the relational integrity is active,
using the db can destroy the db coherency.

Hovewer:

DBCC CHECKTABLE ('tableName', REPAIR_REBUILD or  REPAIR_ALLOW_DATA_LOSS)

A way can to be :
- recovery into a offline server,
- repair with CHECKDB,
- if found others fault pages, recovery the online db
