I think you have two options - there's an ODBC driver or a Notes API.
NotesSQL can be downloaded from : www.lotus.com/notessql.
Haven't got a link handy for the DLL but it's also lurking somewhere on their web site.

I've been mainly using the API (found the ODBC driver a bit flaky...)
The object model for the API is a bit obtuse as well though...
