One makes sure that the content of their page flow correctly to meet display and printer output constraints? *g*

You have to put spaces or BRs or P into that stream to have an HTML engine render the text the way you are wanting it to do.

200 pixels is an awfully small limit for width unless you are talking about something like a POS printer.
