For others to understand: Web Connection automatically detects content type and returns form variables in UrlEncoded multipart or XML mode. In your case the problem was related to not running the latest version of Web Connection. This feature of auto-content detection was added more recently with Web Connection 4.60...

Otherwise Christof's point about using CONTENT_TYPE and then using Form.GetMultipartFormVar() will also do the trick but this functionality has now been deprecated.
