Does anyone know of a way to suppress the first page of a report?

I have a report that is a letter with an address that fits in a window envelope. On occasion, this letter needs to be printed with page one to only include an address to fit in a window envelope, with the original report to be included as it was printed the first time on page two. Basically, a copy of the original letter is sent to a parent company. There may be 100 to 200 letters printed at one time. So, this needs to be automated in one or two transactions for the users.

I can get it to work always printing page one and two, but I am having difficulty suppressing Page 1 when I don't need it. Does anyone have any ideas?
