I do not believe that you could use the toolbar object -- it resides within a VFP window (which you said you don't want). I would think that a form (ShowWindow=2 As Top Level Form) with its border and title off might work. You would have to manage the docking functionality yourself via the WinAPI (to know location on screen and components).
