Hi,
Copyright over data produced by copyrighted software has been a contentious issue for some time, I am unsure of the exact position at present, I would see a lawyer.
There have been a number of instances of data being retrieved by software vendors over the years, as the client refused to pay for the software, it usually ended up in the client quickly paying what was owed plus whatever it took to do the reinstall.

>I want to do this so that the use won't able to use the system after I have refunded his money.

>thanks
