Yes, if you change the main.prg where avfpdemo3 is, you'll see the change when you run: http://localhost/avfpdemo3. There will be a corresponding main.prg for wherever you created your project with WebAppBuilder...
>i want to aske you that when i changed main.prg which create with WebAppBuilder created , i have not any change, change only occure when i change the main prg which located in C:\Program Files\dotComSolution\AVFPdemo3\prg\main.prg.
