OK... I installed activevfp for vfp9. At the end of the install http://localhost/avfpdemo3/default.aspx opened in my ie6 borwser. It this a good thing or is there something wrong on this computer?


>Does AVFP work? If you install it, it will pop up the demo app at the end of setup. If it gets that far, you know you missed something on that machine. You can easily uninstall if you don't want to continue using it...

I don't think they are any issues with XPSP2. You need to assign the rights for iusr_ and iwam_ to every table within your data directory, not just the directory itself(AVFP does this automatically).
