In the Account Setup -> Dashboard check Folders under Show those options.

>When I click on Folder icon from the toolbar, I can access my folders. But I also see, that they have Yes in Dashboard column. However, I don't see them on my Dashboard. Am I missing some setting or how can I have these folders there?
