Do you have the printer mapped to a lpt?

Their printer is set up properly, as they're able to print from other apps (Microsoft Office, etc.), but not from this FPD app. I look at the printer, and it doesn't show any jobs out there, so it's as if the job isn't being sent to the printer at all. The code hasn't changed in years, so their shouldn't be any problems programmatically.
