I handle the lockscreen stuff in my classes. It's very easy to do:

LOCAL llLockScreen

llLockScreen = ThisForm.LockScreen
ThisForm.LockScreen = .T.

* remainder of method code goes here

ThisForm.LockScreen = llLockScreen
