I need to add some searching capabilities to an application. I have found a tool called dtSearch (www.dtsearch.com) which has the features I am looking for. These features are:

1. Stemming
2. Phonic
3. Fuzzy searching
4. Synonyms
5. Related words
6. Any words
7. All words
8. Boolean.

Can anyone recommend any other tools/utilities out there with similar features?
