Since version 3.10, hyperlinks are supported. This is an excerpt from help file:

3.10 - (2004, Apr,14)
- Hyperlinks are now supported
Must be placed in the objects' comments in the following format:
link=www.test.com;hyperlink description
the hyperlink description parameter is optional.
- To add Textboxes or Submit buttons, place the words "textbox" or "submit" inside 'shapes' comments
