And it was. I did it on the plane and if you ever tried to work in the tight place seat you'd realize that you can't see the monitor real well. What I did was add it to the database section at the bottom of the app.config. NOT WHERE IT'S defined and empty. DUUUUHHHHHHHH!

I hate that when you can see the code is there, but there is the wrong location.
