Hi Sergey,

The output size of the PDF was 99%. I changed it to 100%, but the barcode still doesn't scan. The problem looks like the barcode in the report created as a PDF then sent to the printer has been rendered slightly different to a report sent straight to the printer. If I compare the output of the 2 reports the barcodes on each look slightly different. I think maybe the ghostscript that renders postscript to PDF is changing the size of the barcode font to be slighty wider than the report sent straight to the printer. I can't think of anything else to try.

Regards,
Gavin.

I'm evaluating a demo version of Elfring Fonts 128 human readable barcode font (http://www.barcodingfonts.com) and generating the PDF using http://www.1amsoftware.com/vfpps2pdf/. Any ideas on how to incorporate a barcode in a VFP6 report that's output to PDF?
