If it is an executable, and run from outside VFP, I think it would require the VFP 6 runtime files. Search your hard disk for VFP*.DLL, to see if you find the runtime files for VFP 6.
If you run PRGs, etc. from within VFP, no runtime is necessary, no matter what the version.
I am not so sure what would happen if you try to run the executable from within VFP.
