In Visual Foxpro 5.0 I can set the bell chr(7) to a ("Path" + .wav file) then activate the new bell sound with ?chr(7).
I would not have a clue if this can be done in VB, I have just taken up learning VB in the past month. I hope this may help put you on a simple yet effective track.
P.S I would like to know if you have success!
