I already have a copy of that article. What I'm looking for is the best way
to impliment CA's?

Should I create a generic CA that handles all my data access? Or should I create
a CA for each table? If one for each table, what about JOINed tables and dynamic
user-defined queries?

Inquiring minds wanna know.
