If the EXE COM classname does not show up in DCOM, then you need to register it. Go to the OS CMD window and issue this command (you may want to first CD to the directory where the EXE is located so you don't have to put the path on the command):

MyCOMServerName.EXE /regserver

Then it should show up in DCOM.
