You're welcome. Also, just in case you weren't aware, you can name the personal folder anything you like - I set up multiple personal folders and then subcategorize them into smaller separate folders such as:
Work.pst
   Insurance Guidelines
   Internal Policies and Procedures
Programming.pst
   VFP
   DotNet
   Standards
Personal.pst
   Personal Mail

etc.

>>It is actually. I was just differentiating between the personal folders and the main mailbox folder which may be hosted by a server (as in an exchange server for instance).

>>>You understood my question correctly. Although I don't understand what do you mean by "mailbox .pst" . I thought all of my Outlook stuff is in one file, Outlook.pst.

I am assuming you are referring to folders in your personal folders (.pst) file (which was limited to file size) and not the mailbox .pst file itself (which is limited by the administrator)? If so, there was a limit to the file size of 1.82GB but that was fixed in a hotfix for Outlook 2002.
