I have existing fields in my database that are present in some of my remote views. These fields are no longer being used by the system. I want to clean up the database but I can't remove these fields since they are being accessed by majority of the remote views.

Any idea on how to do it programatically? It may take us a year or two to do it manually because of the huge number of remote views we have...

Cursor Adapter was only introduced in VFP8 but remote views has been existing in our system since VFP6. It's not logical for us to convert our existing Remote Views to Cursor Adapter.
