Yes, I think the container is the easiest way to solve this particular problem.

  • Select the objects on the form, and give the "Cut" command.
  • Right-click on the container, and select "Edit" to get within the container. (In VFP 8, you can also Ctrl-Click on the Container).
  • Give the "Paste" command.
