Doesn't matter where you go, so long as it's a cottage by a lake. As you know, the roads are chocker with cottagers Fri PM and Mon am in Canada. That's why you rarely see a Canadian abroad.
Last time I was in Ontario the local news told of a guy whom the OPP pulled up for cooking his breakfast in his car, on the way to or from his weekend cottage!

Incidentally, I was once passing from NB into NH and the border police charged me US$6 for the "visa". I'd not had any experience of driving across time zones and asked the cop if the clocks go back. He said, "Yeah, that's what you pay the 6 bucks for - the extra hour." Tickled me that :-)
