I doubt that combobox from the article would be much different. If you've VFP9 I may want to take a look at new AutoComplete featere of a textbox.

The reference in chapter four is for a textbox, and, while is says that making it work on a combo would be easy, I'm unclear how to do so. Thus, I was attempting to look at the article, to see if it's closer to what I need. If not, I'll try tinkering with the textbox from chapter four (altho I'm not clear if there are limitations there the size of the list).
