I'm doing comparisons of different reporting solutions available in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET

My requirements are:
1. Must be able to work with SQL Server
2. Must be able to integrate with .NET programming environment.
3. Must have an easy to use User Interface.
4. Must be able to support Web Reports.

I've been looking at Crystal Reports from Business Objects and Reporting Services from Microsoft. Both of these pieces of software look like they are equally good. Has anyone done any comparisons, maybe during your own research or experience on these reporting solutions? Please share any positive or negative experiences you might have.
