Gaylen, I just stumbled across this and thought it would be of interest. This is off the Dell forum...

Well It seems that we finally found a solution to the problem. It seems that the driver for the M5200 N laser printer is a Kernel mode driver and that Server 2003 doesn't even support it. And, in XP it only partially works. So we went to the Lexmark site (because Lexmark is who actually makes the printer) and downloaded the Lexmark T630 8.2.2 driver. And it works perfectly. Also a very important finding - when you install XP SP2 this summer Dell's driver for the M5200 WILL NOT WORK, because of the security updates in SP2, Kernel mode drivers are not supported!
