Hi Fred ! Thanks a lot. I have tried modifying the class, and classloc. But still it doesnt seem to work. The problem is that im really editing a VCX, to change its base class. Do you think it should work? Thanks again, An Michel R.

But this doesn't seem to work... Any idea on how can I achieve this work of substituting base classes? Thanks a lot...

Hope you made a backup before you started.

You also need to change the classloc field to point to the .VCX that contain your classes.
Update:

It's not the baseclass field you want to change at all it's the Class field (and the classloc).
