It's best not to have any problem where you may need help from anyone with a religious attitude. There's so many prerequisites then, that you end up better off without their help.

If you do have such a problem, you're screwed.

Back to the subject: I'm always amazed that in a brothel raid, they never really arrest all the customers. If prostitution is such a problem, what is the society doing to make the demand go away? It's equally amazing that in the text which started this thread the administration doesn't mention customers at all. So they're OK, while their suppliers in this transactions are to be left to die. I can only conclude that the administration thinks that the prostitutes are doing what they do all alone.
