Do the documents appear in the print queue?

>Thanks for the reply. The logistics of the client's building is such that every user prints to a central remote check printer, located in the server room. So even though the program does ask if they need to reprint, they simply assume all is well and say No. I've suggested that this is a disaster waiting to happen and have suggested local printers or a mobile printer cart that is wheeled into each office during their time to print checks (each user has different times of the day that they print checks).
